By using BulkinMails ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BulkinMails provides managed LinkedIn outreach infrastructure including profile deployment, Sales Navigator access, campaign execution, and lead tracking. You provide your target audience and outreach messaging.
Pricing is based on monthly InMail volume as shown on our pricing page. Profiles, Sales Navigator, and branding are included at no additional infrastructure cost. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
LinkedIn imposes sending limits per profile (approximately 80–100 messages per month). BulkinMails distributes outreach across multiple profiles to maximize volume within platform limits. We do not guarantee specific reply rates or lead volumes.
Our platform, profiles, and infrastructure remain our property. Your messaging content and lead data remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create legal or platform risk.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
